Detroit Lakes Garage transformation - BEFORE!

Here is what we started with!  Thanks to Stephenson Drywall for the wall and ceiling work, WOW!

Shown in this video is a classic example of what happens to concrete over time when exposed to moisture.  What I didn't know at the time of filming was that this floor is HEATED.  So that accelerated this process and that's why it was so beat up.
